These terms cover use of this website only. They’re separate from — and don’t replace — the engagement letter you’ll sign before we begin any paid bookkeeping work together, which covers scope, fees, and the terms of that engagement.

Content on this site — including service descriptions, blog posts, and general commentary — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute bookkeeping, accounting, tax, or financial advice for your specific situation, and nothing on this site creates a professional or client relationship.
3. No client relationship from site use
Browsing this site, submitting an inquiry form, or booking a discovery call does not, by itself, create a client or professional engagement. An engagement begins only once we’ve agreed on scope and you’ve signed a separate engagement letter.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and logo on this site belong to Watermark Bookkeeping and may not be copied or reused without permission.
5. Third-party links and services
This site may link to or reference third-party tools — such as QuickBooks Online, YNAB, or Google Forms. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
